Know when to pivot

It was difficult but important for our team to pivot our concept, and I learned how to think critically about how we could best use our resources and our time given the pandemic.
Strategic prototyping

Our service included multiple touchpoints but we couldn't prototype and test every aspect of the design. We had to be strategic in what we put in front of users to get the most out of their time and feedback.
Understand the business

We were pushed to think about how our service would produce revenue and what partnerships we could leverage to fill in the gaps. Instead of starting from scratch, we found value in proposing a partnership with an existing initiative.
