Lyft drivers communicate through nonverbal cues such as driving once they hear a seat belt buckled or turning down the music to hear you speak.

Travelers have personal interests that determine what they want to explore (for example, our guests were of Polish heritage and interested in the Pittsburgh’s Polish culture).

Aero was too informal in our draft scripts which made it seem less professional. We modified the script to better reflect Aero’s robo-companion personality.
